hope someone comes to the rescue...it's official...i'm hypoglycemic..that means cutting back on sugar...hoping to find a good recipe

Sugar free instant pudding mix    8 oz cream cheese
1 ¾ c milk        Sugar-free Cool Whip

Oooh oooh me too. I was just diagnosed with hypoglycemia as well and my birthday is next month, so I would like to have a good recipe to make for my cake.

there's a ff/sf angel food cake (walmart bakery)
cut into three layers...use sf preserves as filling and the above recipe for the icing...what a good weekend...happy memorial day!
