Hello every one, I would like to know pls what's the effect of using Baking powder in cookies and what's the effects of using Bicarbonat of Soda, which is the best time to use each?
and for some choc-chip cookies they look very puffy and like broken in the middle, I would like to get that effect do I have to increase the amount of BS? curently I'm using the Nestle recipie it's tasty but I want them more puffy. Thank u ![]()
