For the wedding cake I am doing for the 16th, the bride only wants three tiers!! She also wants to save the top tier (anniversary tier). So basically she only wants a two tier cake to serve to her guests! She wants the cake to feed between 125-150 people not including the top tier! What two size pans do I use to get that many servings with having a 6" top anniversary tier?
I don't think it can be done! I want my cake to be proportionate and not look "odd" having two really large tiers and then a really "dinky" top tier! Do you know what I mean?
Please, I need some advice!!!
Amy
I'd say the 8-12-16 as Jenn123 mentioned above is your best bet, unless you wanted to go square which yields more servings.
