Is there an easier way to get edible pearls on a cake besides tweezers? I usually end up flicking half of them all over my kitchen because they are so slippery!

As for myself , depending on the size, I just use my fingers, and I have not had a problem yet, and as you can see in my photos, I use them a lot... I have short fingers by the way..Like that of a 7 yr. old..maybe that helped.. icon_smile.gif

I read on this site somewhere to put them in some gel and then use tweezers. the gel makes them stick better, and they don't go flying around. I had the same problem all the time.

LOL... flicking pearls everywhere... i have visions of the scene from pretty woman where julia roberts flips the oyster (or whatever it was) across the restaraunt and says "silppery little sucker!" icon_lol.gif

That was on Preaty Woman.
Great movie.
I think I'll stick with the tweezers.
