UGH!!!!!!!!!!! I just hate making these two colors of icing!!

Last year, people were telling me that they were reminded of the cake days later.

Why do these colors have to be such a bother, lol!

Sorry, I just had to get that out!!!!

I mean blue & red make purple, but it was green "after-thoughts"!! LOL!

I'm making a big batch of red icing right now and I just hate it!

Glad you caught on, rezzy!! LOL!

It's a pain, but the kids love it, don't they? I know my kids really get into the whole red, white, and blue thing this time of year.

I made a cake for my best friends son for his birthday. It had blue icing on it. My daughter got into my blue frosting and ate so much of it that her diaper had a nice blue surprise for me the next day icon_eek.gif

It's kind of along the lines of giving kids colored juices..... the next day you get neon green "presents". My husbandf would takre the kids out and I would tell him not to give them too much juice and he would swear he didn't, but the next day............................ BUSTED!

Hilarious!!!!! I am SO laughing!

Doug, I am the only girl in my household, and I hear (more often than I want to) "Guess what *I* made?" after some unusual food item. I guess that's one difference between the genders. Hahaha!!

I made my son a cookie monster cake for his first birthday years ago. The next time I saw my uncle, who is a pharmacist at a large hospital in Dayton, he said he almost walked down to the ER to ask the docs why his stool was that color!! I guess he wasn't even thinking about the cake. It was the talk of the family for a week. Too funny... icon_lol.gif
