We are having a small dinner where I work for a man that is transfering into another department, so I am doing the cake and I don't mean to sound silly but should I put Congratulation or Good Luck on the cake. It sounds like really you could do it either way but just wanted someones opinion on this, thanks

If it is a promotion for him, I'd put "Congratulations" .. if it's just a transfer from one department to another, I'd put "Good Luck" .. that's just my opinion icon_smile.gif
