I make the peanut butter mousse from the recipe room. It's wonderful. I do find that the day that you make it it's good BUT a day or two after it every BETTER!!

I make a chocolate cake from scratch and put this filling in the middle and on top, then drizzle chocolate glaze on top .

Peanut Butter filling:
1/2 cup whipping cream
1- 10oz- bag of peanut butter chips
Put chips and cream in a small saucepan over low heat until chips are melted and smooth. Stir constantly. Let cool.

This recipe is from Hersey Chocolate recipe book. Very good. I put the recipe in last night, but it disappeared. Just joined last week and trying to find my way around yet.
