Didn't take me that long, I'm getting the hang of this! The lady wanted "a lot" of cookies in a large bouquet. This is quite a bit larger than my "large" so I guess this is gigantic. This is a 7in pot instead of the 4in, which I would use for a regular or a large.

I normally charge $15 for a cookie bouquet with 5 cookies..... Using my cookie matrix I know what I probably should have charged, but just to compare how well my matrix works what do you think I should have charged her?

Oh, there are apx 13 cookies, I count two of the little ones as one larger one. I also stuck 3 extra cookies in the back (short sticks can't see them over the backside) so a total of 16 cookies.

What size cookies?

I charge $1/inch. then an additional $1 per cookie to be individually wrapped. Plus my supplies. For the 4" bucket I normally charge an additional $5.00 but my suppplies there come up to $1.10

We charge $15 per doz on cookie pops, +$4 per dozen to be wrapped, and then what ever the cost for the pot/filling/bows/etc - then add a few more dollars for time/delivery.

Very nice grouping of cookies! icon_smile.gif

pretty bouquet! I think your short changing yourself, though. I charge $20.00 for a 5 cookie cookie bouquet. $50.00 for 12. I don't have any problem getting that and I'm sure that if I would have made my price list a little higher, that wouldn't have been a problem. I live in Fl. where people are willing to shell out more money than other places I've lived though.

If I was looking at your cookies to buy the bouquet, I would expect to see a higher price tag on it. Hope this helps,
Amy

Wait, I'm confused. I don't think she said what she charged for a 16 cookie bouquet, right?

I charge $48 for a 12...so I think I'd probably charge $60. Nice job! So... how much did YOU charge?? icon_smile.gif

I charged $35 which I purposefully know was undervalued. I have my matrix aligned to price the 5 cookie bouquet correctly, but wanted to check if my pricing held up for larger set ups... it does icon_smile.gif

My friend bought one of my mothers day bouquets for her mom who absolutely loved it. I had baked a cake in a pot for those... waaay too much work! But a cool idea. So the mom's friend became really sick in the hospital so she wanted to bring her something with a LOT of cookies. It was suppose to have a cake in the pot and what I originally was going to make was probably priced about right at the $35, but when she said I didn't have to make the cake that she just wanted a lot of cookies I went a little overboard and gave her more than she asked for, so a lot of the cookies in there are my little bonus gift since I felt I was getting away wit something. icon_smile.gif Also I was trying to be nice, my marginal cost was minimal.
