I'm getting very frustrated. My husband and girls got me a new KitchenAid stand mixer for Mother's Day. We bought it on Ebay on Mother's Day and paid for it at the same time. Two days later I had never heard anything from the seller saying that they received the payment and no feedback had been left. SO...I e-mail the seller asking if they received the payment. They said yes I should receive it within 7 days. Well guess what..I still haven't gotten it and there is no communication from the seller either.

Talk about frustrating!!

Yikes! Email them back with a warning, not an angry one though, asking for information, tracking #, etc. And let them know you will be taking this up with e-bay if you do not get a response within the next day or two. Make sure you keep all emails from the seller, and do just that.. contact e-bay if you don't hear back from them. My sister had an issue with a seller, and the seller kept coming up with excuses. Finally my sister went to e-bay, but because a certain amount of time passed between the sale and when she complained to ebay, they couldn't do anything about it. I want to say it was 45days, but I could be wrong. Good luck!

unfortunately some sellers are like that on ebay! I buy from certain sellers of cake stuff off ebay unless it's something like back issues of cake deco mags.
Best advice is give it 2 weeks since date you paid and then if during those 2 weeks there is no answer to your replies open a dispute on them with ebay. Ebay will explain how and help out. Their o.k. at helping most of time that is.

If it was shipped Parcel Post or UPS it will take a while. It hasn't been that long since Mother's Day. Does the seller have a good feedback rating and did you pay with Pay Pal? If so, Pay Pal will get your money back...sometimes less the shipping though.... I would read through their feedback....
