I get so excited when I get to do a square cake. I just got to order another square Magic Line pan and I just love seeing them come out of the pan =) It is just such a pretty pretty cake.

Alright I admit, I get excited when I see a round cake come out of the oven too! They just bake up so nice in the ML. I finally gave away some of my wilton pans to my friend b/c I was able to order some more ML and I am so excited to bake tonight =) (2-6", 2-7", 2-8" rounds, and 2-6" square)

Alright i'll go dance around the kitchen now and look at my cakes again =)

I love the ML pans. lol I just wish my cakes looked as good iced as they do when they first come out of the pan. Have to learn how to get a nice crisp edge!

I bought one and feel in love. So I went out and bought two sets of the 3" rounds and two sets of the square ones. I would never go back to Wilton pans! ML make such a difference don't they?

I would sleep with my ML pans if I could!!! icon_biggrin.gif
Anyways I love mine not only because of the straight edges but because they are such great conductors of heat. Always turning out a perfectly baked cake, and I sometimes even get a little brave and I don't use a nail (I know I know it will bite me in the end sometime) but I have had NO problems whatsoever. I even ordered the 9x 13 in ML and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

Me too!! I leave the light on in my oven so I can watch them baking when I walk in the kitchen. I just love that they are so flat and level while they bake! And when I turn them out and they have such perfect edges I kind of hate to cover them up with icing!

I forgot to come back and check this post =)

I am so glad i'm not the only one! I was able to purchase some more again last week and passed on my wilton ones to a friend. Oh so liberating!

To bad I don't have another cake to bake this weekend. (Only cookies)

I did a tiered cake and when I stacked the two cakes to create a tier they lined up so nicely with a little bit of the buttercream filling comeing out between them. Once smooth they just look so pretty.

Oh the little joys in life =)
