Where do you all prefer to buy your pans? I need to buy 2 half sheet pans and I was looking at Wiltons b/c I know I can get them at my local Michaels store. But I was wondering if you all had some better places to get them. Also, I saw on one website that a half sheet was 12 x 16 and Wiltons pans are 12 x 18 not a big deal, but just wondered. Also, how deep should the pans be? I think Wiltons are 2 in. ???

I would think your best place to go would be online, maybe if you have a baking supply store near you but I would look around online.

Character pans are best to get at Michaels or Hobby Lobby because you can usually get them with a coupon! Or Ebay for retired pans. As far as regular square, round, and sheet pans I have Wilton that I get from Michaels but I recently bought square pans from Pfiel & Holing which is a wholesale cake supplier and they are great. The square pans have perfect 90 degree angles so you get perfectly square cakes. They have sheet pans that are the same way but I haven't looked at their round pans. I would give them a try though... www.cakedeco.com is the website.

I get them at Michaels, althought I promised I would never buy anymore 'cause I have waaaaay too many.

I wait for the 40% coupon and then buy them that way.
