So I have been on here for a several months and always wondered why I never got any comments on my pictures. so I guess they were just plain awful..lol.. well my comment section was turned OFF and I guess its been like that since I joined. So my apology to all that wanted to comment but couldnt..lol.. Im such a DOPPY...

Oh! I am sorry no one caught the fact you had the option turned off! Anytime I come across a picture I am not able to leave a comment on I send a pm to the person posting it and explain about the feature needing to be "turned on".
I'll go look at your pictures now and am glad you got the issue figured out!! 
I usually have that feature of the comments turned on but I have noticed that from time to time it switches itself off! 
I've also had the problem of threads I'm watching suddenly get activity and I don't get notices and when I get to the thread it says "watch this topic for replies." Huh! Go figure! I think it's just a problem with the server or something. No biggie!

wonderbuns, I have the same problem with the threads and have had since first joining CC so I think that is just "the way it is" for the most part. No biggie, as you said. I simply look at "my forum posts" and pick up from there. Never had the comment feature turn off though. Hmmmm, I'll check it now and then since you have had the problem.
Awww you guys are just great. I will now check it from time to time to make sure it stays on..lol.. Ohh my hubby said I was also somewhat of a puter geek.

Woole... you're not alone! I've only been on for a few weeks, but I wondered why I didn't get at least a "you could use more work..." in my comments area. Thanks to your post, I went and checked, and sure enough... mine were turned off, too! LOL Thanks for posting and giving a heads' up.
