What is the shelf life of sugar and Marshmallow in your pantry ?
How long can you keep water ? That is the answer to your question.
MMF can be kept indefinitely at room temp..I made Roses late last year and I plan on using them next month. MMF has no dairy..It's all sugar, water and marshmallow. It never goes bad. That is why it's the only one I use on my cakes. Never had and never will have a problem about it going bad. Don't worry.
