I am making a cake for Friuday and it is supposed to be about 87 degrees and 40-50% humidity outside my cake will be buttercream icing covered in fondant ..... my question is, should my buttercream be ok? the cake will be outside for maybe 30 minutes if that. Here is the recipe I use .... it has butter and crisco in it. Thanks!

2 sticks butter, room temperature
2 cups Crisco shortening
1 teaspoon butter flavoring (Wiltons makes the best flavored version)
1 teaspoon vanilla (I use Wiltons Clear Vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 pounds powdered cane sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon meringue powder
