I had a cake to make for last Friday, but their party got rained out. The party is now this Thursday. I had already made the cake so I wrapped up the box with saran wrap and then foil. Will the cake be okay if I let it thaw out to room temp and then unwrap? Thanks!

It'll be fine .... unless it's already decorated, in which the colors may run a bit

Yes, let it thaw out then un-wrap. I bake some of my cake a 2-3 weeks ahead of time. I work full time and it saves me time. I have my niece's cake for end of july and I will bake this weekend and make the frosting next weekend.

Guess I'll have to keep my fingers crossed, because yes it was decorated!

You might want to let it sit in the fridge overnight to defrost first before moving it to room temp...otherwise your colors will really bleed. (First hand experience on this)
