I'm feelin' froggy and want to learn to start sculpting cakes. Every time I have tried this in the past I have had a huge, crumbly mess. (Even when freezing...)

Does anyone have any good suggestions for me?

I used a pound cake mix and regular cake mixes mixed with pound cake for my dog cake. There is also a recipe on CC called "durable" somthing, search the recipes uising durable and it will turn up.
