Does anyone have instructions on how to pipe an Eagle?? My local grocery store bakery has some on their cakes, and I can't seem to catch the bakery mgr to ask. They look so cool. I have looked at Wilton.com and didn't have any luck. I haven't done a Google search yet as I figured you guys would have the answer.
TIA

I haven't seen any eagles piped, but I've seen a sugar/chocolate mold that has a bald eagle with its wings outstreched. Maybe they used some sort of mold, too.

When I made my eagle, I googled eagle.gif images till I found one I liked. I then made it out of a chocolate transfer. You could also do a fbct. It's in my pics.

Thanks for the info. I guess I can always find out when the bakery mgr will be in and ask her how she did it. She is really nice and gave me some hints on things when I showed her my cake pix.
