What if you use tip 233 or 234 for the green grasses part and then use something like a dried extruded stalk of gumpast or fondant and stick it up the tube of decorator icing and pull it out but squeezing a little at the end to make the flower. I'd use spaghetti dyed green, put it up the decorator tip and put a puff of white icing on the end but then it really wouldn't be as edible as you might want. I am not sure know how you are going to get something to stand up like that flower and still be really edible.
