I have been dying to take a cake decorating class for some time now but I couldn't find one close to my area. Well today I was looking at a small local magazine in my area that showcases some local people and their talents and lo and behold if I didn't see one on a cake decorator. It read about how the lady in the article decorated cakes and where she held classes. Classes! I was all over that. So I called the library where she was supposed to teach the classes and they had never heard of her. I even read them some of the article and they still didn't know what I was talking about. I thought "What the heck?" as my son would say. It's just so disappointing because I live in a rural area and I would have to travel hours to take a class at a Michael's or another store. That's just not feasible to me at the present time. The article also said she taught at the community college that I attend but now i'm afraid they will tell me the same thing. Oh well, I guess i'll call them tommorrow. I don't want anymore letdowns today. Thanks for letting me go on and on and on........
