Does Anyone Have A Serving Size Chart?

I've seen the one from Wilton, however I think the pieces are a little small. Should I be going by that, is that what other cake decorators use? I have been using it but I have had people tell me that they didn't think it would be enough cake for them when I have been trying to quote them a price.
