I've seen the one from Wilton, however I think the pieces are a little small. Should I be going by that, is that what other cake decorators use? I have been using it but I have had people tell me that they didn't think it would be enough cake for them when I have been trying to quote them a price.

thanks

I've got my own that I use that was compiled from Wilton/Dede Wilson/Collette Peters/ Earlene Moore & experience! If you'd like a copy just let me know and I'll PM it to you icon_smile.gif

Will you PM it to me too? I have one I use, but am interested in seeing others. Always up for new/good ideas.
