Has any one triedspraing fondant with the spray on colors from the grocery store or the Wilton ones? Did it work and wich brand was it ? I need a few straps of mf in red for 4th of July cake but I know is going to take for ever to make it red and was wondering if can spray it red. Thanks Caixa.

I have used the wilto spray on fondant. I learned that you have to hold the can at least a foot away from the cake or you will get a circle instead of a spray of color. Also keep moving the can while spraying - if you keep it in one place for to long it tends to get to moist and drip. But i still use it when i just need a mist of color and dont feel like needing the fondant forever to get the color even!
