For those of you who use an airbrush for decorating, what are some good books and/or websites for learning? Also, what are the best airbrush suppliers and best model, or at least a good cheap one?

The Kopykake Airmaster is a good compressor to get and their airbursh is good too. If you are an ICES member, KK has a great offer in the newsletter for an Airmater system--the compressor, the airbrush and 3 colors for $200 and free shipping. That is a pretty good deal.

Roland Winbeckler is a good sourse for airbrush books and information. On his site he does recommend a couple of different types of compressors and brushes, but it is a matter of how much you want to spend.

I'm new to this too and I would like to know what you use for paint. Is it just liquid food colouring?

Thanks everyone!!!

I have also seen smaller and cheaper airbrushes around $34. Would these work?

Lousaria, I think they use gel colors and I read a post where someone was using luster dust mixed with alcohol I believe. I will have to try and find the post again to be sure. You just have to clean really well after using though.
