I'm doing a wedding cake (my 1st) and I was wondering if I use two rounds per tier or one. If it's two rounds, how many layers of filling do you need per tier? One or three?

2 rounds per tier is what I do. Sometimes I torte, and sometimes I don't. It's up to the bride.

One layer of filling if normal, 3 if torted. If you're torting, make sure you price accordingly!

Thank you. Also do you know how to do the fondant swags and the ribbon roses? I need both for the same cake.

Honestly hun - I don't. I have very little experience with fondant actually! But if you go out to the "How Do I" forum and start a topic about it, I'm sure you will get lots of great advice.

Also, Wilton's website has some pretty good instructions that you might want to check out, if you haven't already.
