I'm making flowers (roses) for the first time and wanted to try the molded ones first before buttercream. Should I use MMF? or gumpaste? (not sure what this actually is- just another term for fondant???) or marzipan? Which would taste the best?
Also- should I buy the foam and ball tool to form these flowers along w/ the petal cutters they sell for fondant? Any info and tips you have would be helpful. Thank you! ![]()
