Ideas For Scratch Ticket Cigarette Cake Anyone?

please help me think of some ideas! i'm tapped out! i am doing a 11x15 sheet cake and it has to incorporate scratch (lottery) tickets and marlboro cigarettes. 
i've come up with a few ideas but they all seem so boring. i've thought of doing a few scratch tickets but i really don't want to get into doing teeny tiny FBCT of scratch tix on the cake.
i was thinking of making a pack of cigarettes out of rice krispie treats and then covering it in fondant to sit on top of the cake with the tickets but i feel like it would just look random.
i am having trouble getting these two things to be cohesive on the cake.
any ideas, advice, help.... ? TIA 
Well... this idea would depend on the type of crowd the cake was for... but it would fly in MY crowd! How about make the entire cake a giant ashtray. You can have cig butts and a lit one (cherry) and a crumpled pack and crumpled and tossed bum tickets... maybe even a smoldered corner on one... You can use oreo crumbs or something for ashes.

the cake is for a woman who is turning 92 and all of her friends at her nursing home. i ended up going for the random things on top of a sheet cake. LOL
wouldn't be MY first choice but i think she'll like it.
