What size of pan is a 1/8? I think that a 1/4 is 9x13 but what about a 1/8? icon_cool.gif

Dont' get hung up on labels. I refuse to use the terms (Half and full sheets, for example). Just find out how many people they need to serve and tell them what size they need.

(1/8 sheet???? good lord! icon_confused.gif )

I agree!! How weird of a request! I think a 1/8 sheet would be like a 6" or 8" cake?? square maybe? I just saw in another thread where someone said you can use dry erase on the back of your pan! So that way you can figure out what size pieces and how many it will feed! Or go to wilton.com and see what you might need.

When I worked at a grocery store we sold 1/8 sheet cakes. It is half of a 1/4 sheet. so 9x6 1/2.
