!!!
All decorations are made with Colorflow. I had never done these before and was worried about them breaking. It was a lot of work but it was a lot of fun to make.
I am giving this cake as a gift, but would like to know how much you think a cake like this would sell for. It is a 1 layer 11x15 french vanilla cake with french vanilla buttercream.
Here are a couple of pictures:
That's a very beautiful cake, you did a wonderful job on it!!
Awesome Job!! It's a beautiful cake! Love it---great work on the color flow. For something this unique-- I would easily pay $75+!!!
Here are better pictures (i hope). The ones I posted yesterday were taken with a flash in the evening. The ones I am posting now were done this am. without a flash and with natural light. I think you can see the details better.
BTW we had the baptism this morning and the cake tasted terrific!!! I used the White Almond sour cream cake recipe from this website but used French vanilla flavor and added pudding to the mix. The texture was wonderful and the taste was out of this world. You could not image the recipe started with a cake mix! Some people told me it was the best cake they ever had. I also used the Buttercream dream with French vanilla extract. It was sooooo yummy.
Thanks for all your comments.
So gorgeous and just beautiful. You did an amazing job!!!!!!
