Are cupcakes as freezer friendly as cake layers are? I have some I want to freeze. I was thinking of wrapping each separately in plastic wrap, then putting the 6 of them on a cake board, wrapping that in plastic wrap and then covering it with foil. These will not be iced or decorated. Do you think they'll hold up for a month?

Thanks again for all of your help icon_smile.gif

Cupcakes can be successfully frozen, but a month is a long time. Try it and see how they taste.

one month is a long time, so i would definitely make sure they are wrapped well. I am not sure how they will weather the storm, but let us know!

Thanks guys. I will give it a try. They're not a necessity so if they're ruined it's not a great loss. I will be sure to post how they turn out after the month icon_smile.gif
