Just wanted to say thanks for a great recipe!! i was very nervous when somene requested a white cake, with raspberry filling .... (the hearts & carriage baby shower pic in my photos)
... I've always "faked" it with spreadable jarred fruit.. but wanted to make an actual filling... I searched through all the posts I could find and decided to make the one you posted... (not realizing it was in the recipe section. LOL)
anyway, it was fabulous!!! i got wonderful compliments and my DH was eating it by the spoonful! LOL I am going to try it with any "berry" requests.
I had no issues with soaking or slipping of the layers, etc.
