I was at a Target Super Center in my area (Apex, NC) and the baking aisle (grocery section) has a 9 piece Wilton decorator set for $1.54. It has 2 couplers, two 9 inch vinyl bags and the four tips (#5, #18, #67 and #104). YES - That was one dollar and fifty-four cents! I have a feeling they don't know what they have. They were not marked as clearance.
It was worth it for the rose tip and the extra couplers. I also bought a set for my niece (aged 10) who is learning to decorate. Thought I'd share this with everyone. Maybe your Target has them, as well.
