Thanks to everyone who helped with my dd's cake last weekend, my digital camera went out and I am waiting on pics from a cousins camera, but I did a swiss chcoolate with rasberry filling, chocolate buttercream, 2 tier with pink shell border and covered the top tier in pink roses. Everyone loved it and carols real mom stood in the corner scowling like an idiot because she had braught a cake in case mine didnt turn out (*%#%^$&^%$) and hers looked like crap, lol.

Ok My beloved aunt just called and asked me to make a cake for a 50th birthday party toorow. All she was told was to get something funny. Any ideas? I am limited on experience, but I have a little more confidence now and I think I can tackle anything simple with out freeking out. Any funny pictures that would be good for a first time BCT ( what is the F in FBCT) The crowd she runns with is not above a little perversion, she wanted to know if I could do a booboe cake but I cant do that yet I dont think... Hmmm, how hard would saggy tits be?

I saw a cake on this site (can't remember who) that had a fondant bra; the message on the cake was: Look who's 50 (or whatever age), Let's give her our support
You don't have to do a fondant bra, you can do the BC transfer. Be sure to check the gallery for more ideas.

I saw a suggestion for two football shaped pans vertical(sp?) next to each other for a saggy bustline...

Ahhhh, frozen, thanks!
Any idea how to make the bra? I am going to do this tonight and I im not really sure how to go about it. I will probably make several to make sure i get a good one. I told my aunt I would just let the kids eat the ines that I didnt use. Can you see an 8yo, 7yo, 4yo, and a 10 month old watching cartoons eating bra's, lol.

I guess what I need to know is what order do you attatch the parts? Im thinking that you make the cups seperatelly, than attatch the middle and straps when they are dry(overnight?) am I right?

..thanks! I molded mine using the small half egg pan ....the pan has either 6 or 8 cavaties...and yes, I let it dry overnight. After it dried and while still on the egg pan, I made the lace strips and applied the lace by brushing lightly with water. The bra straps could be made in the same manner. I didn't use a "middle" piece, I just put the two cups on the cake, side by side, so that they were touching. Finished by brushing the lace pieces with luster dust, mixed with lemon extract.

Ok, I just tried to mold them ont a round thingy, but im not hveing any luck, this is soooo much harder than it looks! how did you cut the fondant? I thaught about jsut covering the whole thing in fondant, to get a nice round shape, and then just cutting the top half off, would that work?

..I use a pizza cutter, that has been wiped with crisco to prevent sticking. I cut it first and and draped it over the outside (backside) of the pan to dry.
