Fire Truck, Harley & Funny Combo? Help! Need Ideas For

Need ideas to incorporate ALL into a graduation cake. Gosh, I'm at ends with stomping around ideas for this one. Any funny ideas? Graduate is funny, likes to be funny, owns a Harley and graduating out of the Academy. Hmm.... 
Definitely want to do a dalmation pup w/ fireman's hat. Help to brainstorm!!????
Okay, here is my idea/suggestion....think Wallace and Gromit....If you could manage to make a small version of a motorcycle out of fondant, etc. It could be doing a wheelie and the dog could be practically falling off while grasping the fire hat. It could be a sheet cake and in sugar cookie or gingerbread, you could make it look like a small city the dog is headed towards with orange frosting flames coming from one of them.

How about a Dalmatian in a fire hat riding a Harley... I have no idea how to accomplish this but it would be cute.
You could also incorporate a fire hydrant maybe the puppy could be thinking of using it to do his business. Just a thought

Let the pup where the fireman's helmet but instead of the fire department shield on the front put the Harley logo with a congratulatory message written, not "Harley Davidson Motorcycles". The humorous side-- have same pup piddlin' on the Academy's rival's jersey?!? Or have same pup riding on a Harley.

I have 3 weeks left for inspiration. Found out this morning - have the date wrong, it was this month, but now it's next month. Woohoo, more time for thought!
Love the idea of the pup washing the harley (funny). I know for sure I also want to do a fire engine. I was thinkin' perhaps making a functional folding ladder, you know, the kind that can extend up many floors?
