Hello All,
I need to pick your brains. I'm making a birthday cake for a close friend of mine - her birthday is on July 4, and she wants something boozy! Any ideas?

Did you want the cake to look boozy or taste boozy? Bailey's chocolate mousse is really yummy with chocolate cake

It IS yummy. Go to www.ladycakes.com. It has the baileys chocolate mousse as well as some other "boozy" ones I think. It would be under "fillings" This is a recipe by the famous cake lady-gladyce. I think you will like it a lot if you like bailey's flavor
