Hi Everyone!

I plan on making a cake with ice cream in the middle for the first time. I was going to make it tomorrow for the Saturday birthday party. I"m worried if I put the whole cake in the freezer wont it mess up the part of the cake thats not ice cream?

Definitely not. it's easier to work with when it's frozen anyway and must remain frozen cause the icecream will surely melt. i frost frozen cakes all the time too. hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. After I calm down and look around. I found out it will be fine. I'm a bit too nervous making my first ice cream cake. lol Thanks again.

I agree...freezing will be no problem.
