Hi,
I did a search and didnt really help. So can somebody here help me. I would guess that a 11 x 15 pan would be plenty big enough for 20 or so people? Sorry still kinda new here.
Thanks,
David

if you're serving 2x2 inch servings i would say it should feed 40 people. divide each side by 2, round one up and the other down, that multiply. (11/2=5.5, 15/2=7.5, so then multiply 5x8=40)

or you can be conservative and multiply 5x7 and will give you 35. also depends on how big your cutting your servings.

Thanks beccakelly icon_biggrin.gif ...Does the dividing each side by 2 work on all pans?

if your servings are 2 inch x 2 inch. if you are doing the official "party" serving size its 1.5 inch x 2 inch, or the official "wedding" serving size is 1 inch x 2 inch. just divide one side by 1.5 (or 1) and the other by two and multiply. that works on any square or rectangular sized pan. when you're doing rounds its easiest to follow a given serving/cutting guide. i like one that i found here on CC, its a little more generous than the wilton cutting guide. i can't remember who posted it for me, but here it is if you would like to use it.
