Does anyone know how on earth they do these striped cakes? I have never seen anything so perfect and elegant like that before. There cakes are AMAZING! I seen one that says it was for $1200 and served 100 people, wouldn't we all love to be able to charge that much!

As far as I know it is a chocolate sheet. I don't know how to make one though, but ShirleyW has a great article on how to wrap the cake in the chocolate.
