HI all!

Been a crazy few weeks....both my son's birthdays were in the last 2 weeks and my husband's birthday is tomorrow....AND we've been making a serious "push" to finally potty-train my 4-year old autistic son.

Needless to day, I haven't been on much lately <grin>

But I am back and lovin' all the messages that I read to catch up.

Oh - and I learned an important thing while making my 2-year old's cake. I was making the Noah's Ark cake from the Lindy Smith book "Storybook cakes" and ran out of "dense cake" batter making the hull of the boat....so I just pulled out a cake mix to make the cabin (just needed a 6"x6" cake for that)......well - I discovered that no matter how good it tastes, a regular cake mix cake will NOT support 3 layers of fondant on it...we had a case of the "incredible flattening cabin" <grin>

And no - I didn't take pictures....I prefer to forget all about that one <grin>

Welcome back. We're in the midst of potty training too! I'm pretty sure our kids know this is the one thing they can hold against us! LOL

I can definitely relate to the potty training thing. I am in the process of potty training my two year old son...we have good days and bad days. I am trying to get him potty trained so that I only have one in diapers. Glad to see that you are back, Mindi.
