I am very new to this cake decorating and have a cake to make this weekend for a family party -- I have made a FBCT that will go on top of the cake (I'm pretty darned proud of it too!). I want to do garland or ruffles in swags on the sides -- have been studying pictures and can't figure out what tip everyone uses and the technique??
Any help would be appreciated.
