Is anyone game?

I have to do a cake for my daughters 4th birthday this weekend.

I will post this cake and i'm looking to see if anyone wants to practice and we can compare. You can use any of the Barbie Fairytopia or Mermaidia dolls.

It would be really cool to see what we came up with : )

My neice has requested a mermaidia cake for her birthday in August, of course she's also requested, Scooby Doo, a Witch, and a "panfer" (panther). So We'll see what she actually ends up getting, I'll have to watch this thread though and see what great ideas people come up with.

Hi all. I haven't made one yet. But I have an order for one for the 9th of July. Can I just ask, do you wrap the doll in plastic and then stick it into the cake? Or do you have to cut out a hole for her in the cake? I will post once I get it done.
TIA,
Tanya

I did. I wraped her lower body up to ther waist in plastic wrap and then put her in the cake, without making a whole. She works like a dowel rod.. icon_lol.gif
