It's one of the sizes.
You can do a 9x13, and 11x15, and a 12x18 with the wilton pans.
I know that bakery sizes are different but I am not sure what they are right now off of the top of my head.

I think that a sheet is 2 11x15 or 12x18. I know that it's gigantic and you can't fit the pans into ordinary ovens. You would have to put them side by side.

Well I'm kinda stumped on this one, a lady wants me to do a cake for a couple at there church that are going to Africa to be missionaries, and she has told me the design she wants, it's the United States flag and the flag of the country in Africa, kinda like going from here to there and she said she wants a sheet cake done like this, so when I was getting my pan out to get started I thought wait a minute is this a sheet pan, it's 12x18 and so I wasn't sure because I don't use this pan much and I thought CC will know, so here I am anyway thanks I think I will use the 12x18, it's the biggest sheet pan I have.

Ok, I did some research and 1/4 sheet is 9x13, 1/2 sheet is 12x18 (some use 11x15) and a full sheet is 2 12x18 side by side. I had myself a little confused there icon_biggrin.gif

I would ask her how many servings she needs. I have people all the time say they want a "sheet" cake when all they mean is that they want a single layer, big cake.

I agree with Michelle on the sizing, however. That's what I use for my 1/4, 1/2 and full.
