I know there has been many questions on what to charge for cakes. I have been asked to make a few cakes and they want to pay me, but I have no clue what to charge. I looked at a few pricing matrixes and don't have a clue how to use them. I will be making a 2 tiered (9" and 6" rounds) with buttercream and fondant accents. The other will be a 10" x 15" rectangle cake with another square on top with buttercream and fondant decorations (for a retirement).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. ![]()
