Questions About Hi-Ratio Shortening

Does this shortening contain trans fats? If it does then won't it eventually be changed too? I made some Wilton Snow-White Buttercream. It is starting to seperate after about day 3 in a container. I am just trying to experiment with the new Crisco.
i would think that sweettex would stay the same as it is call icing shorting not labeled for frying or anything
