What Is Wrong With My Roses?

The reason my roses are looking so blah maybe because my icing is too warm? Would it help if I stuck it in the fridge for a few minutes. I wish my rose petals were more "crisp" looking!!!!

They look great to me!! And yes, you can put your bag in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to firm up the icing ... sometimes your hand can heat up the icing and make your icing softer ... but your roses look great!

Add a little more powdered sugar to your icing and that should sitffen them up a bit. They look pretty good from here though icon_wink.gif
