I need to make a cake for a guy who is getting married. My friend works with him in a doctor's office. He is a doctor, but I wasn't exactly looking for a medical theme. I just don't know what to do that is wedding related but still masculine. It's basically a congratulations cake. Any suggestions welcome!

Happiness is a heartbeat away for...

You can do a heart shaped cake or cupid hearts on the cake

Maybe a realistic heart transfer on a round or heart shaped cake....

"Congratulations on finding the one that gives you arithmia and palpitations" (i am not sure about the medical words but they were the only heart beat words I could think of! icon_lol.gif )

I just did a groom's cake for my brother's wedding and had the same trouble. What I ended up doing was having his bride write 10 reasons that she loved him and email them to me. Then I used Wilton's double mix book pan and made "The Book of Love." It turned out really super cute if I do say so myself. I'd post a pic of it, but I am a Mac user and the upload isn't Mac friendly.
