Help!! How Much Should I Charge!!!???

I'm suppose to make a 3 tier mad hatter cake that serves atleast 55 people. 1 fondant person and a few fondant accessories (4 colors in all on the cake). How much should I charge?! I want to be fare but, not GIVE it away, ya know?!
It depends upon where you live and what people are willing to pay 
I wouldn't do it for less than $125. ($2/serving plus extra for the person) And i always undercharge!! Remember, a mad hatter is something you can't get just anywhere!
