I found a recipe for moulding icing in an old cookbook I got from the library. I need to know is there a substitution I can use for liquid glucose. Is there a substitute for sifted icing sugar. Is that the same as confectioners sugar.
Glucose--you can use Karo light corn syrup!Icing sugar, sifted--confectioners sugar!Hope that helps,--Knox--
Thanks so much for your help.Kim
