The large Wilton Leveler actually works.
Your cake just has to be cooled for a couple of hours, but still "fresh".
The reason why it didn't work before was because the cake had been frozen and thus very stiff.
I take it back, and sorry Wilton leveler, for the bad "rap" I gave you.
No worries. It happens to the best of us. I have ragged on certain items because they didn't work properly, then tried it again on another day (when things seemed a little better) and SURPRISE.... it worked. I've been there. ![]()
