I'd like to learn more about carving cakes, and I was wondering what the best book is...that you've come across...for this purpose?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Check out Debbie Browns web site if you click on the book it will show you all of the cakes in that book. I have the 50 Easy party cakes and Enchanted Cakes and love her ideas. Can't wait too get more books.
