I do not like MMF...thumbsdown.gif I prefer Satin Ice for convenience and taste!!

I would love to work with Satin Ice Fondant all the time, but money and the fact that not a lot pf people like fondant restrict me to the use of BC 95% of the time and MMF the others.

Buttercream is my chose. I have used fondant and MMF both, but don't get many request for it. I prefer MMF of the two though, it tastes good and I found it easy to work with.

Hmmm...I don't know what happened to the Butter Cream option...

Anyways, I made a cake last night with a modified version of MMF, and it was VERY tasty! No marshmallow taste and my husband ended up eating the scraps! icon_biggrin.gif
