I make my 3th wedding cake this week end but i was very stress because it was my first delivery and i make all decoration.
It's genoise + chocolat mousse and marzipan decorating with royal icing and pearl.
what are you thinking about ??

Very nice job! First delivery? Isnt that very nerve wraking to deliver them? I thought I was goign to have a heart attack all the way to the hall!
Oh yes i was very nervous 
I am not self confident because i have just 2 month experience! maybe after some other month i will be less stress.
For this week end i make 8 cakes so i was really tired! this wedding cake and an other cake, so i think maybe it was the cause of my big big stress yesterday for the delivery.
